We have two outreaching social work teams – the Shatin Youth Outreaching Social Work Teams and the Kwai Tsing & Tsuen Wan Youth Outreaching Social Work Team. Our professional social workers continue to reach out to the youth in various districts, handled cases relating to schooling, employment, family, peer, self efficacy and social norms, etc. Individual counselling, group activities and community programmes are provided to broaden the horizons of youth, help them building up confidence, shoulder their individual and social responsibility.
