Please download and print the membership form from our website, and then send the completed form by post to “Corporate Communications & Marketing Section, Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, 5/F., Administration Office, 23 Waterloo Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong” with a crossed cheque enclosed as payment for the membership fee. (Please make your cheque payable to “Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong”). We will then send the membership card and a receipt to successful applicants.

Concessionary Member Any individual 60 years old or above, or who are under the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Scheme or are mentally or physically disabled. Annual Membership Fee of HK$20.
 
Youth Member Any individual aged below 18 years. Annual Membership Fee of HK$20.
 
Ordinary Member Any individual 18 years old or above. Annual Membership Fee of HK$30.

Supporting Member Membership will be automatically upgraded to Life Member after 5 consecutive years of being a Supporting Member. Annual Membership Fee of HK$1,000.
   
Life Member Membership is granted for life. One-off payment for Membership of HK$5,000.

Family Member Father and/or mother, his and/or her children under 18 years old. Annual Membership Fee of HK$50.

Group Member The membership is granted for a group, the annual membership fee depends on the membership plan chosen.
